Dore Jackson Team

Neal Stephens

 Neal Stephens - Program Coach

Neal became a Dore Champion in 2003, when he completed the Dore Program. He first noticed changes on the basketball court in his ball handling, spatial awareness, and free throw percentage, but, upon retaking the ACT college entrance exam, he was blown away by his improvement in his reading score!

Ever since, Neal has continued to follow the stories of other Dore Champions. He graduated from Harvard College in 2009 and 'officially' joined the Dore team in 2010 as a program coach. Neal enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and talking about Dore, of course!

Dr. Mark Yeager - Program Practitioner

Dr. Yeager describes Dore as having combined many of the things he has observed and learned through the years into a structured and efficacious program. Upon hearing many of the testimonials of clients and witnessing their and our excitement, Dr. Yeager joined the Dore team with the expectation of encouraging others to join the thousands of Dore Champions who have completed the program successfully worldwide.

Having been referred to as the "Father of the Mississippi Autism Movement," Dr. Yeager has served individuals with learning, attention, and social skills difficulties since 1975. He is a co-founder of TEAAM (Together Enhancing Autism Awareness in Mississippi) and the author of the Autism Bill of Rights. Dr. Yeager pours much of his energy into running adventure-based programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities at The Center Ridge Outpost in Smith County, Mississippi.

Since Joe had worked with individuals with learning difficulties for 25 years, Wynford knew Joe would be interested in helping him bring Dore to the US in 2002. Joe traveled to England, spent time around the development team, met many excited clients at the Dore Center, and has been passionate ever since to enlighten the US about this wonderful program.

At the office, Linda assures that the financial duties are well-attended and is truly inspired by the positive stories that are so commonly shared among the Dore team. Being the parent of a special needs child led Kristy to want to help children and adults with learning differences, and after witnessing the changes Dore is making in the lives of so many local clients, Kristy knew she had to be a part of the program.
